The Fair Work Commission is publishing information packs about changes coming soon to enterprise bargaining. There are packs on supported bargaining agreements and protected action ballot orders, with more to come. Find the packs and resources on their website. A range of other materials, including videos, will also be coming soon. To find out as new information becomes available:

Termination of ‘Zombie Agreements’
Some employers and their employees are still covered by pre-2010 agreements (also known as ‘zombie agreements’) which will automatically terminate in December. Employers must write to their employees about the coming changes before 6 June. The Fair Work Commission has published resources to help employers meet this obligation.

More information about the changes to pre-2010 agreements can be found on the Fair Work Commission’s website.
